Oversees eCommerce and digital marketing strategies for 12 salon and spa brands
Bethany Johnson is currently an eCommerce manager for L'Oréal USA in the Professional Products Division and oversees the eCommerce and digital marketing strategies for 12 salon and spa brands. As part of her responsibilities in this role, she manages the use of web analytics and digital intelligence tools to provide actionable insights to brand and corporate marketing teams. Prior to these current roles, Johnson has substantial experience in eCommerce and digital, specific to the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. She began her career in an agency role at PureRED Integrated Marketing outside of Nashville, Tennessee, as a consultant for Dollar General, launching and growing their eCommerce site, DollarGeneral.com. Later she transitioned to the manufacturer side working for what is now Kraft-Heinz as a category manager where she learned the CPG business from a sales and analytics perspective.
Johnson is a native of Central Kentucky and completed her MBA at the University of Louisville with a focus on Marketing in 2011. She attended Georgetown College, also in Kentucky, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major Business and Communications in 2010. She now resides in the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York with her cat, Amelia. In her spare time she plays in a bocce league and is an avid fan of Kentucky basketball.
